We are present every step of the way from sourcing or planting ingredients to serving or delivery. Our meals focus on fresh, seasonal, organic ingredients in their whole form. We refrain from using processed or store bought items. Everything is created from scratch with conscious intention in a ceremonious manner. We take extreme care in food safety, environmental impact and support for our employees and customers. We also offer private chef services, cooking classes & more!

Holistic Meal Delivery
Each TUESDAY we offer a 100% plant based, oil free, gluten free meal prep. These whole food plant based meals utilize seasonal, local & homegrown ingredients. Every menu is uniquely inspired by the seasonal availability of fresh local produce.
Meals include:
2 entrees, 1 soup and 1 salad
$55 (plus tax & delivery).
Event & Retreat Catering
It's our passion to prepare wholesome, high vibrational nourishment for your events & retreats, both local & abroad. Our catering options are sure to impress your guests with gourmet, fine dining standards. You can choose from buffet or restaurant style service. We also offer custom hot or cold herbal beverages/ mocktails & desserts.
Holistic Bakery
This is your chance to indulge in 100% plant based, oil free, gluten free desserts & treats. We love using herbs, botanicals & unique ingredients in our custom bakery items. Choose from an array of cakes, tarts, cupcakes, cookies, baked donuts & more! Check out some offerings on the link below.
Pregnancy & Postpartum
Pregnancy & postpartum are the most important times in a woman's life to truly nourish herself and growing life within. We use organic, whole food ingredients and follow principles of Ayurveda, macrobiotics and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Cleanse & Detox
We offer various types of nourishment during cleansing and detoxing. You can choose from organic, fresh pressed juice, Ayurvedic kitchari and/or soups. Items will depend on the season and your goals, so we suggest consulting with us to create the perfect cleanse for your personal needs.
